HOW it’s fun and easy to buy from us
Step 1: Shop it
Find a great property and location that you love! Call or email us if you have questions. Go visit the property if you can. Click “Reserve this property” and follow the prompts to make the down payment, or we can provide a payment link to pay by bank draft or credit card. Remember our 30-day money-back guarantee!
Step 2: Sign the Agreement
We’ll send some paperwork that you should read and understand before signing. This shouldn’t be stressful as it’s not like purchasing a home with a bank and a realtor, but only 18 pages which includes a congratulations letter, and a summary. It’s all in plain English as we are creating a very simple agreement. We agree to sell the property and you agree to buy. If you’d like clarification on anything you can give us a call or an email, or contact an attorney if you prefer. You can sign online with a few clicks.
Step 3: Give us your details
We’ll get your contact information, who you’d like on the deed, and bank or credit card information if you’re financing. This sets up your monthly payment.
There are two additional fees which are clearly stated in the ad: a $10/month service fee for the administration of the loan and then your pro-rated county taxes for the property. The annual tax listed in the ad is divided over 12 months and added to your payment (generally less than $10/month for taxes as there are no
structures on the property).
Step 4: Make payments if you’re financing
This is an automatic draw from your account each month. It’s important to note that if you opt for financing instead of paying in full, you’re not able to build on the property until your payments are complete.
Step 5: It’s yours!
We’ll contact you about receiving your deed when payments are complete. We take care of recording the change in ownership with the county. Easy!
