In addition to these benefits, Wide Sky Properties leaves nothing to chance by further providing a 14-day “change of mind” policy. We will cancel the agreement and return your
down-payment or we will exchange the property for another available site if you do change your mind, because your satisfaction is our motivation.

No worries! If it’s within 14 days we’ll cancel our agreement and return your down-payment or you can swap for another parcel
We offer 0% interest seller financing for up to 72 months with no credit check. Payments are automatically deducted each month. You can also pay in full upfront for a discounted price.
Once your payments are complete, we record the deed with the county and send you a copy. That’s when the land is officially yours.
Yes, just two small ones if you’re financing: a $10/month administrative fee and your portion of the county property taxes (usually less than $10/month).
