  1. Find a great property and location that you love! Call or email us if you have questions. Go visit the property if you can. Click “Reserve this property” and follow the prompts to make the down payment. Remember our 30-day money-back guarantee!
  2. You’ll get a call from us outlining the next steps which are:
  3. You’ll get an email where you give us your contact information and bank or credit card information. This sets up your monthly payment. There are two additional fees which are clearly stated in the ad: a $10/month service fee for the administration of the loan and then your pro-rated county taxes for the property. The annual tax listed in the ad is divided over 12 months and added to your payment (generally less than $10/month for taxes as there are no structures on the property).
  4. We’ll send some paperwork that you should read and understand before signing. This shouldn’t be stressful as it’s not like purchasing a home with a bank and a realtor, but only 18 pages which includes a congratulations letter, and a summary.   5. Payments are made automatically.
  6. We’ll contact you about receiving your deed when payments are complete.  We take care of recording the change in ownership with the county.  Easy!
