✔️ DoBell Ranch – Yes, it’s a ranch. Yes, you can dig up your own petrified wood. And yes, it’s as random and charming as it sounds. Meet the locals. Pet a goat. Leave with some shiny rocks/wood and a story.
✔️ The Plotz Plot – A roadside curiosity slash memory shed where strangers leave heartfelt mementos in the middle of nowhere. Is it spiritual? Sentimental? A little odd? Yes to all three.
✔️ Route 66 Weirdness – Giant dinosaur statues. Wigwam motels. Bucket of Blood Street. (That’s a real street name. We checked.) Holbrook leans hard into its quirky side—and we’re here for it.
✔️ Holbrook – Fuel up on tacos, tools, groceries, locally brewed beer. then take your picture with giant dinosaur statues. Seriously, this place fully leaned into the Route 66 roadside attraction aesthetic and never looked back. And we love that for them.
✔️ Stargazing & Sunsets – No light pollution. No city noise. Just a front-row seat to the galaxy. Bonus: zero complaints about your campfire harmonica solos.
